Initial Meeting

During our initial visit we will come out to your home to discuss the scope of your project and answer any questions you may have. We will take measurements of the area to prepare a written bid back at the office and leave you with brochures to look over before your design consolation.

3D Design Meeting

Next, we will bring your project to life with a 3D drawing! We will then schedule a second meeting, in person or via Skype, to discuss your personalized design and make any needed adjustments. We will note your desired finishes and begin our final calculations for a formal bid.


We want you to know exactly how much it will cost to complete your project as well as the agreed upon scope of work that will be preformed. In doing that, we will provided you with a written construction contact proposal with all the details needed to make an informed decision in moving forward.


Once a signed contact is received by our office with proper deposits cleared, we will work to obtain your city or county permits. We can also assist you in completing forms required by your HOA, if needbe. This process can take up to 45 days depending on the city, county or HOA.


Once we get permits and HOA approval, we will schedule to begin work on your project. Keep in mind that our schedules can change due to weather or backlogs, however, we do our absolute best to keep you abreast to what is going on with your project at all times.


Take a look around and embrace your new outdoor space! Your project is complete!! Once the work is done we will do a final walk through and collect the last payment. If you have accepted and are selected for a feature on our website, we will schedule a photo shoot of your project for a later date.
